Residential & Commercial Move-In/Move-Out Cleaner
Property Management Company – Clearwater/Pinellas County Area
We are seeking an experienced, dependable cleaner to perform move-in and move-out cleaning for residential and commercial properties managed by our property management company.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works independently, and is comfortable cleaning properties that may require heavy cleaning, trash removal, and attention to neglected or dirty environments. Looking for someone to start in the next 3 days.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial properties between tenants and occupants
- Complete move-out and move-in cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, walls, fixtures, and common areas
- Remove and dispose of trash, debris, and unwanted items
- Handle properties that may be heavily soiled, cluttered, or neglected
- Clean appliances, cabinets, doors, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Prepare vacant units for showing and new occupancy
- Perform final cleaning and touch-ups as requested
- Report damage, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to management
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Follow safety procedures when dealing with dirty or potentially unsanitary conditions
Requirements
- Prior professional cleaning experience required
- Experience with move-in/move-out cleaning preferred
- Must be comfortable removing trash and working in dirty or heavily soiled environments
- Must be physically able to bend, kneel, lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be dependable, professional, and trustworthy
- Ability to communicate clearly with property management
- Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment, or be willing to use company-provided supplies as required
Preferred Experience
- Property management cleaning
- Apartment or rental turnover cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Construction or renovation cleanup
- Trash-out/eviction cleanup
- Preparing properties for inspections, showings, and new tenants
This is a hands-on position. Applicants should be comfortable doing the work themselves and should not be looking for a light housekeeping position.
Pay: Based on experience, bonuses available based on performance
Schedule: Flexible/as needed based on property turnovers
